Pasta Allo Scoglio – A medley of shrimp, calamari, mussels & scallops sauté,
with a lemon infused sicilian olive oil, fresh basil and whole garlic over fresh house made linguine

Filetto Di Branzino Crostata – Fresh Italian Branzino fillet pan seared
with a macadamia nut crust and beurre blanc sauce


Brasato di Manzo – Braised angus beef short ribs with a nebbiolo reduction served with a porcini farro
Wine: 2012 Dante Rivetti Barbera Mara


House made Tyrolean strudel – with Grannysmith apples, raisins, and pine nuts
Wine: 2013 Braida Brachetto D’Aqui

The total cost for the professional tasting and presentation plus the dinner is $145 per person,
