The <strong>Baci Perugina<\/strong> homemade are so good and sweet tooth that will be snapped up just as the originals &#8230; one leads to another, I suggest you try it once, you will make a great impression and astonish friends, family, children, but especially your <em>LOVE &#x2764;\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<\/em>Let&#8217;s read together as I share how to prepare the Baci &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10366\" src=\"https:\/\/winedineguide.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/baci-perugina.jpg\" alt=\"baci-perugina\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/winedineguide.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/baci-perugina.jpg 640w, https:\/\/winedineguide.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/baci-perugina-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/winedineguide.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/baci-perugina-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Copyright \u00a9 all rights reserved.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<h1>Baci Perugina<\/h1>\n<p>INGREDIENTS: (for about 20 chocolates)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g milk chocolate<\/li>\n<li>20 g dark chocolate 70%<\/li>\n<li>100 gr Nutella<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>80g shelled hazelnuts (or grain)<\/li>\n<li>20 whole hazelnuts in shell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the topping:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g dark chocolate (preferably 70%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>NB<\/strong><\/em> to the real <em>gluttons<\/em> advice to double the dose <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.giallozafferano.it\/vittoria77\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_wink.gif\" alt=\";)\" \/><\/p>\n<p>PROCEDURE:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>With the help of a mixer coarsely chop the hazelnuts. If you prefer to use 80 grams of grain ready (found in all supermarkets) go to step 2.<\/li>\n<li>Melt in a double boiler (or microwave) milk chocolate along with 20 grams of 70% dark. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10370\" src=\"https:\/\/winedineguide.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/baci-perugina-1.jpg\" alt=\"baci-perugina-1\" width=\"500\" height=\"170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/winedineguide.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/baci-perugina-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/winedineguide.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/baci-perugina-1-400x136.jpg 400w, https:\/\/winedineguide.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/baci-perugina-1-200x68.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>When the chocolate is completely melted, add a spoonful of cocoa, the chocolate, chopped hazelnuts (or grain) and mix well with a spatula.
